ECG Coalition, CITIZENS FOR CLEAN AND CREDIBLE ELECTIONS (C3E) and other groups joined forces on several occassions to deliver a strong worded letter to COMELEC with a protest action outside the COMELEC Office in Intramuros, Manila.
