The Anti-Trapo Movement of the Philippines, as a watchdog against graft and corruption in the government and also against inefficiency, and mismanagement of public officials and employees aims to be an observer in the investigation of the alleged PAGCOR scam.

Below is a letter stating the intention of the Founding Chairman, Ka Leon Estrella Peralta to be involved in this undertaking:
