The CAOPI’s “NOISE BARRAGE” that simultaneously occurred on March 30, 2012 between the hours of 5PM to 7PM at the different stage locations as enumerated: at EDSA corner West Avenue (Paramount), EDSA corner Quezon Avenue, EDSA-Cubao, Philcoa, Monumento in Caloocan City, Magsaysay Boulevard in Manila, Aurora Boulevard in Cubao and EDSA-North Triangle in Quezon City must be listened to keenly by the occupants of Malacanang Palace. The staged “NOISE BARRAGE” should not be measured by Malacanang on the basis of its intensity of “loudness” for them to be able to calculate its “Political Popularity” to the “Public” in general, for they might be blinded by such. Political Principles and Doctrines dictate that “Political Stability” in the aspect of maintaining previously garnered high trust and popularity ratings of incumbent political leader/s depends on how they could prevent the **”POLITICAL ERUPTION” of a **“SOCIAL “VOLCANO” (Please see below author’s Definition and Description/s) apparently of their own making. The high trust and popularity ratings of P-Noy seemingly is no way to prevent it’s “POLITICAL ERUPTION” (Please see below author’s Definition and Description/s), for the aforesaid high ratings were lifted from surveys of his Political crusade against graft and corruption but definitely not from his Political crusade in eliminating the **“MONSTER OF EXORBITANT PRICES” (Please see below author’s Definition and Description/s). Although it was created by pertinent and existing “LAWS” sponsored and supported by the previous administrations’ **“POLITICAL ILL-WILL” (Please see below author’s Definition and Description/s), the said “MONSTER” is probably very much alive and much stronger than before in P-Noy’s almost 2 year administration. The vast majority of the “PEOPLE” are now suffering from financial crunch, one reason of which is due to unabated price increases of petroleum and petroleum products. Contradictory to the high trust and popularity ratings they bestowed to P-Noy last May 2010 election, the occupants of Malacanang declaring publicly that they are “Powerless” to at least reduce or cushion the financially crippling impact of the now onerous prices of petroleum and petroleum products resulted to the “PEOPLE’s” apparent desperate public opinion, that this administration does not deserve the aforesaid high trust and popularity ratings P-Noy garnered from the “PEOPLE”, whom he publicly acclaimed to be his “BOSSES” during his inaugural speech upon his assumption of office as the 15^th President of the Republic of the Philippines. Relative to the aforesaid, the “PEOPLE” were actually then made to believe that government is for their own well being and thought they were really sovereign after all.

P-Noy’s apparent perceived inaction to address the urgent pressing problem of onerous prices of petroleum and petroleum products could probably trigger the “POLITICAL ERUPTION” of the aforesaid “SOCIAL VOLCANO.” Millions of poor and now financially miserable families in the lower middle class are fast becoming more and more disillusioned of P-Noy’s said promising declaration vis-à-vis his perceived inaction in addressing the now onerous prices of petroleum and petroleum products; which the vast majority of the “PEOPLE” believed is one of the leading causes of poverty or near poverty to millions of Filipino families.

Political Principles and Doctrines dictate that P-Noy must prevent its “POLITICAL ERUPTION” by urgent application of *“POLITICAL INGENUITY” (Please see below author’s Definition and Description/s) and extreme “Political Will” to address the aforesaid urgent social issue, in order to guarantee his administration’s Political stability and maintain its general high trust and popularity ratings.

The volcanic ashes of a “SOCIAL VOLCANO”

is more toxic than the real ones. . . .

For its toxicity shall linger forever in the pages of the Philippine Political History. . . !!!

Hence, P-Noy must prevent its apparent

impending “Political Eruption”

“POLITICAL ERUPTION” – a series of Political concerted actions from the “PEOPLE” that intends to remove from office Political Leader(s)/Ruling Political Party/Ruling Coalition through legal or now remote extra legal means due mainly to Loss of Trust and Confidence previously vested in him/them by the majority of the electorate. The Loss of Trust and Confidence is due to failure to effectively address the pressing problem/s which; is/are previously alien or absent, or has/have been lingering in the country for a longtime.

Usually it is always carried and implemented with Intense Political Will and positive obstinacy to combat pressing problems which are previously alien or absent or longtime and lingering presence in the country.
